Creative Lead/Art Director - November 2022 - Present
— Serves as a lead creative guiding the team through bespoke campaigns, concepts and collateral while maintaining Accenture’s brand values, look & feel
— Drives concept messaging with copy writers and ensures brand positioning and messaging is carried through all concepts
— Guides and manages both visual designers and copy staff through the duration of the project
— Liase with CDs and clients directly about the work, partner with PMs to set timelines and expectations.
— Acts as a People Lead for Jr. VDs, manages and mentors career growth and represents them at performance decision time.
— Developed and leads inaugural Future Leaders Program which is creating alternate pathways to careers in design other than 4-year college degrees.
— Developed and runs the former POD (now Canvas) mentorship program from the creative side

Sr. Visual Designer - November 2020 - November 2022
— Concepts, designs and executes all stages of the projects, which range from RFPs to in-person/virtual client experiences to creative campaigns. Responsibilities include ideating & presenting concepts, creating full branding expressions and style guides, directing videos, and designing collateral, which includes
- Digital (apps, microsites, prototypes, presentations, signage)
- Print (posters, printed leave-behinds, books) and
- Experiential assets (run of show, themes, video story boards, displays/fabrication, staging, activities, experiences).
— Serves as Creative Lead/Art director when no ACD is staffed on the project, overseeing both messaging and visuals, copy writers and designers.
— Developed, and continually leads, the onboarding program for new creatives joining the POD, as well as leads several skills-based courses.
- Has onboarded over 30 creatives, including CDs & ACDs.
— Co-hosts daily team “Homeroom” for the wider POD team (75 people) and manages the planning team of 12 to put together the run of show and content.
— Served as a mentor for the PODs inaugural Mentorship program, in partnership with Careerwise and the larger Accenture organization and continually participates in the program
Visual Designer - June 2018 - November 2020
—Collaborated with a team of CDs, ACDs, Sr. Designers and writers to ideate, pitch and execute work for a wide range of business opportunities as well as internal experiences/events and Accenture initiatives.
— Concepted, designed and executed all stages of the pitch, from RFPs/RFSs to in-person client experiences. Responsibilities included ideating & presenting concepts, creating full branding and style guides, directing videos, and designing opportunity content, which includes digital (apps, microsites, presentations, signage) print (posters, printed leave-behinds, books) and varied experiential assets.
— Participated in half day workshops to help the Accenture client craft their stories and incorporate storytelling into pitchwork
— Art directed and designed for executive level internal events and brands
— Served as the primary designer at UM's Coca-Cola Connections Studio, as well as across the wider UM portfolio of brands including Johnson & Johnson, Spotify, BMW, Hershey and H&M, designing graphics, mockups, digital banners/media, and presentations.
— Ideated campaign and tactic concepts for original, branded and addressable content across all 20 brands serviced by the Coca-Cola Connections Studio, including One Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Powerade, Fanta, Smart Water, Dasani and Minute Maid
— Art Directed, aggregated, and sourced assets for award submissions, sizzle reels, and work showcases, as well as managed creative assets for the entire team.
— Projected-managed & designed for the CCCS office renovations, which included designing all assets, and coordinated/scheduling with contractors, printers, and finance
— Created marketing collateral for the Finance and Risk divisions of Thomson Reuters including infographics, print and web ads, social media pieces, brochures, trade show displays, and other marketing collateral
— Interacted with a team spread across the United States and Globe, accommodating different time zones, language barriers and cultures.
— Designed for both print and digital while maintaining Thomson Reuters branding values and requirements.
— Committed 30 hours a week to the entirely student run and self-funded newspaper
— Communicated directly with the printer to arrange the printing, publication and delivery of our paper working on a strict deadline.
— Worked with the business department to negotiate ad rates and garner ad revenue for the paper
— Promoted the organization and image of the paper through branding and social media
— Managed a staff of over 175 writers, designers, editors, interns and contributors.
— Approve all layouts for every issue, ranging from 16-24 pages each.
— Organized and ran weekly staff meetings as well as pre-production meetings.
