For this project, we were engaged to craft a message and delivery of news that many employees from our client were being rebadged as Accenture employees. Our team created the messaging of the Next Act, which sent a positive message about the opportunities this change would provide and empower them to take their career into their own hands.
The client does not have a strong brand, so we had to create a look and feel using only a color swatch and logo-type that felt true to the client. We chose a typographic approach to stay close to the brand identity the logo provides. As the messaging “the Next Act” is about writing your own story, we also tailored our designs to look like book. There was no single hero image, as everyone’s story is unique.
In addition to messaging that was used across all communications, we created 4 different presentations tailored to different audiences, as well as notebooks as swag.
