The Accenture client team and Pharma client came to The POD looking to help sell a new iteration of a data management program to the client’s employees through an internal marketing campaign. Traditionally data management transformations are disruptive to employees work habits and job functions. The POD stepped in to help sell this new program as a positive change for the client and its employees.
As organism evolve, they diversify and become more complex. With saw a strong parallel with clinical data, and how this idea could represent the client’s evolutionary opportunity: A vision of truly intelligent design that’s always two steps ahead. Out of the three concepts presented, we felt Two Steps Ahead would best help the client to achieve its goal by positioning this program not as a huge pivot, but rather the next step in the company’s evolution to adapt to the changing business environment. We then created a look and feel which illustrates evolution in the medical field through split images. This device was then carried through in the split color nature of the designs and tactics created.
The POD provided a full set of brand guideline, templates, and tactics for the internal marketing campaign. The design assets were then passed off to the clients internal creative studio to continue the campaign. Deliverables include digital presentations and presentation templates, full brand guide lines, a set of campaign posters and poster templates, as well as digital assets for internal media. We also delivered tactic ideas including interactive sliding posters and a science journal.
